The flash drive password seems so close but so far, can anyone help us out? We have tried just about everything we can think of.

You need to read Charlie's quote from the time capsule -- he tells you what the password is / where to look. The combo lock will verify that the password is correct.

We have read Charlies qoute, and tried about every combo with his birthday, and we've managed to unlock the combo lock. I'm probably missing something, but can't seem to figure out exactly what that is.

The password to the USB is the same as the combo lock. There shouldn't be any difference. If there is, you'll need to reach out to customer service and let them know. Make sure to tell them the password you used to unlock the lock that way they'll know if the issue is with the lock or the USB drive and they can send you the correct thing.

I tried the code I got from the lock, and it didn't work so I'll be contacting them. Thanks for all the help, it's much appreciated.

I did send you a message including the code incase the lock opened with the wrong one. I also sent you the information to contact Jo@huntakiller.com.

Hi all, I just wanted to touch base as I have heard a few reports that the flash drives are not working in some laptops.

The casing on the flash drive is rather bulky restricting the ability to fully insert the flash drive into some laptops that have hard shells. (The outer casing of the flash drive does not fit inside the hole in the hard shell, resulting in the flash drive not connecting to the computer fully)

The solution - try removing your hard shell and reinserting the drive.

Someone please help! I got the password for the lock, but nothing I do is working for the flash drive. Could it be a flaw with my computer?? I can open it fine... Just no password works.
